Week 33 Letter

Monday, Jan 30, 2017

HEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So....this week was so busy. We have a new daily schedule, but I have been using it for the last couple weeks and I like it. We also had 2 exchanges this week. I went to Pacasmayo for one of them. THE BEACH. I LOVE THE OCEAN. So much. IT was so pretty. But the temptation is so real to go swimming when we are drenched in sweat and dying of heat. haha. IT is so great. I love it. So much that we went back there today for Pday...after I went to Trujillo to sign a paper....so busy. haha. But ya. The beach is great and so pretty.

I have learned sooooo much in our area. It’s tough for missionary work. But we had a worldwide missionary conference which was really uplifting. Elder Bednar is so great. He talked about how to be a successful missionary means that we do all the RIGHT THINGS even if God doesn't bless us with success. Can you be super disobedient and have a bunch of baptisms? Yes. And it happens all the time. And so we have often wondered why it’s sometimes so hard to find people or have lessons when we dedicate all our time to proselyte, or are obedient. But the real test is when you are still obedient; trust in the Spirit and work diligently even if you

Don’t get to see the fruits of your labor. IT has been a real learning curve but I have loved it. And I am so grateful for a mission president who is all about the work. ALL ABOUT THE WORK. It is so great. He is changing this mission around!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THINK OF ME EVERYTIME YOU make a snowball. I miss snow a lot. haha.
